Abstract

A sectional dome for use as an emergency shelter is provided. The structure is easily transported unassembled and easily erected. The structure may allow for extensions to be added and for wind generators and solar panels to be incorporated. The assembled dome may be inverted for use as a water collector. The structure may be made from recycled thermo-plastics and other materials.

Description

ECO -GLOO

The invention relates to a portable self-assembly interlocking structure.

The seemingly ever increasing world disasters man made and natural require as many solutions as possible to help reduce aflbcted populations trauma. The Eco-Oloo is specifically aimed at helping in worki disasters when sections of the population are left without any protection against the elements -rain, wind, snow and sun.

Accordingly this invention provides a solution in providing a structure to protect against the elements in almost all situations. EcoGloo has many applications world wide.

Preferably Eco-GIoo is constructed from recycled tbermo plastic and associated recycled materials. The facility exists when the dome is inverted lined and with a support frame to become a water collector and water distribution facility.

The Eco-Gloo has the facility to be extended to fonn a gmup of structures and will acconunodate a wind generator and solar panels.

The preferred embodiment of the invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Fig 1

Claims (1)

 1.
ECO-GLOO

CLAIMS

I. An Eco friendly self assembly portable structure. Easy to transport and erect. Eco-Gloo is specifically to help in world disasters when sections of the population are left without shelter/protection against the elements -wind, rain, snow and sun.

2. The structure allows extensions to be added to form a group of units. A facility to add wind generators and solar panels is also included in the structure 3. The Eco-Gloo when inverted and fitted with liner and supporting frame acts as a water collection and distribution facility.

4. A portable interlocking self assembly structure as claimed in any proceeding claim which is made form recycled thermo plastic and associated recycled materials or a combination of these materials.

5. A self assembly portable structure substantially described and illustrated in the accompanying drawings
