Abstract

241,723. Kayser, T. Nov. 11, 1924. Flexible-band files. -In a loose-leaf binder having flexible posts d attached to a flap c on one cover with their free ends secured by sliding members f to a flap b on the other cover, the flap b and the members f are provided with lateral slits e<2> in which the posts d can be inserted laterally. The slit e<2> in each member f is situated at one end of a slot e<1>, an upturned tongue f<2> being formed at the other end so as to turn down the post d. Finger-pieces f<1> are provided on the members f which are of spring steel and slide in a metal guide e secured to the flap b.
