239,027. Bunker, J. W., and Boney, A. M. Aug. 6, 1924. Paper and like bags.-A bag for carrying gramophone records &c. is provided with a flap 16 having an opening 18 which registers with openings in the walls of the bag to form a handle when the flap is closed. The openings may be formed by pressing out tongues, such as 19, from the walls or flap, which tongues may be folded up or down or both to reinforce the handle. The flaps may then be sealed. A support 22 with an upturned flap 23 and an opening 24 may be provided inside the bag to support the article carried. The support 22 may also have sidewings folding over the article, and a large upturned flap.
