Abstract

A filter to remove dust, pollen and fumes. A two ply tissue is used filtering all in flow of air and retaining heat and moisture when exhaling. A two ply tissue is used to enable breathing without effort. The retained heat warms the in flow during cold weather and the moisture humidifies the air. The filter can be fitted into an oxygen mask (2).

2 This removes dust,, fumes and pollen on inflow and reduces temperature of inhaled air. The retained moisture also humidifies the air. This enables the wearer to breathe with open mouth,, to relieve asthmatic symptoms.
3 The filter tissue must be absorbant of moisture and allows air flow with minimum effort, which would give the wearer confidence if an attack was beginning.
The tissue is to be used only once and for no more than one hour.
