Vehicle windows; window frames.-Window guides for vehicles consist of a metal or other rigid channel 1, enclosed within a sheath adapted to assume a channel section and comprising two thicknesses of flexible or pliable material connected together in such manner that when one thickness 2 is flat, the other thickness 3 has a sagged or gathered-in appearance. The inner channel 2 may be of felt, fabric, &c., and the outer channel 3 may be of leather, fabric, &c., the two thicknesses being connected by stitching 4. The outer strip 3 may be constituted by a series of separated strips, as in Fig. 4, or the inner and outer members may be in a single piece folded over upon itself and connected by stitching 4, as in Fig. 5. Screws 7 secure the composite channel to the window frame.
