234,341. Dehn, F. B., (Budd Manufacturing Co., E. G.). Sept. 15, 1924. Bodies. - The seat back for automobiles forming part of a sheet metal body panel is formed in two portions, the lower one 3 being of thin metal while the upper one is of thicker metal to strength the structure. The back and sides are integral and the abutting parts of the upper and lower portions are flanged and secured together in any desired manner. Upholstery may be secured to the panel. Specification 161,460 is referred to.
