Abstract

229,087. Bates, T. O. Feb. 8, 1924. Making wafer biscuits.-Wafer-baking plates 1 are carried by openwork, hinged frames 3, 4 and one or both plates may be adjustably mounted. In Fig. 1, the bottom plate 1 is supported on the lower frame 4 by three lugs 6. a space for the circulation' of heating gases being thus provided. The upper plate 1 is adjustably secured by studs 13 and nuts 15 to three lugs 14 projecting from the upper frame 3. Brackets 7 extending from the frame 4 carry spindles for the rollers 8. The plates are looked by a link 11 and catch 12.
