Abstract

Clips, lever. - A holder for sliding windows of vehicles comprises a pad C mounted on the top rail B2 of the door or vehicle side and a pad D mounted on a spring strip E on the inside of the window, so arranged that the glass A of the window can be gripped between the two pads. The strip E is secured to a flange F<2> on a housing F in the inner panelling B<3> of the door or vehicle, and is pressed to engage the window by a cam lever H pivoted at H<2> to the housing and acting through a plunger G. The plunger G is adjustable in length by the provision of a screw G<3> at one end.
