Abstract

227,760. Wellmann, L. P. Aug. 28, 1924. Racing soddles. - A trussed frame comprising triangular members 6, 11 integral with or connected to each other carries a neck piece 17 and a padded arch 21 which rests on the sides of the withers and is positioned by a girth 23. The rear of the member 6 is also positioned by a second girth 26. The members 6, 11 are trussed by bars 13, 20, the former of which form a series of saddle-bars 14 for the stirrup-straps 15. A seat 28 is adjustably mounted on parallel bars 30 at the apex of the member 11.
