227,222. Hayward, C. W., and Stevens & Co. (1914), Ltd., A. J. Oct. 20, 1923. Receiving sets, construction of.-A cabinet for wireless sets is formed in three superimposed sections, a top section 1 housing the receiver panel 4, a middle section 3 housing the batteries, and a bottom section 2 housing a loud speaker. An insulating-tube 7 passes through the top section and carries wires electrically connecting the top to the under sections. The top section forms in appearance a complete cabinet; it has a slot 8 in the back wall through which wires enter, and corner projections engaging in corners of the lower section. The middle section may be omitted.
