Abstract

A metal tree holder has a tubular body for holding the tree stem and a set of legs with feet for greater stability. The legs are releasably secured to enable the complete holder to be flat packed if required. The body has a plurality of fastenings (eg. bolts) which hold the stem of the tree and may be adjusted to enable it to take different sized trunks.

Description

Standing approx 10" high.
A Leg lengh ift 1" B Diameter 3" C Tree supports x 3 3/8" bolts x D = 2 " long Place tree trunk into B tighten 3 x C for good fit. Well supported by 4 x A.
Made of iron approx 1/4" thick.

Claims (5)

1) An expandable metal tree holder comprising a body in the form of a circular tube, adaptable legs and means for releasably securing the body to the legs. The body also houses fixings to secure the trunk once placed.
2) An expandable metal tree holder as claimed in Claim 1 wherin bolts, clips or similar are provided for holding a trunk securley in place.
3) An expandable metal tree holder as claimed in Claim 1 or Claim 2 wherein bolts, clips or similar are provided for holding the legs in place to the body.
4) An expandable metal tree holder as claimed in Claim 1 or Claim 2 or Claim 3 wherein all fixings are releasably secured to enable flat packing.
5) An expandable metal tree holder substantially as described herein with reference to Figures 1-3 of the accompanying drawing.
