Abstract

Reel and endless-web apparatus; elements moving always in one plane, rotating.-To produce the effect of sparkling liquids, a transparent representation of a glass or other receptacle 3 is mounted in a front panel 1 and behind it moves a perforated band 12, Fig. 1, or a rotating disc as shown in Fig. 3. Behind the perforated member is provided a source of illumination. In the reel and web apparatus shown in Fig. 1, the lower roller 11 is mounted in adjustable bearings.
