Abstract

224,092. Saveker, T. J., (trading as Saveker, T.). Nov. 12, 1923. Brackets, adjusting.-In order that a bracketsupported shelf &c. may be adjusted to horizontal position the bracket 2 is provided with a cam or eccentric 5 adapted to bear, as shown, against the vertical member 4 supporting the bracket, or against the underside of the shelf &c. As described, the bracket is of the kind used for displaying articles in shops, and adjustable in height by screws or pins 3, 7 entering holes in the vertical member 4, the necessary play for adjustment being provided for, as by a slot 8 through which the lower screw 7 passes. A two-armed bracket for supporting a semicircular shelf is also described, in which each arm has eccentrics bearing against the shelf.
