Abstract

A bicycle lock has a clip B which is fastened to the pump F by means of a nut and bolt with a chain C wrapped around the frame E and locked at D to enable the cyclist to leave the pump in position. <IMAGE>

Description

BYCYCLB PUS LUCK.
This idea relates to a lock for a bycycle puss.
It is well known that bycycle pumps are forever being stolen, this idea by way of a clip, chain and lock can securely faster.

A specific embodiment of the invention will now be described by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings in which: Fig 1 shows in perspective the bycycle with the pump in position Fig 2 shows a blown up section of the bycycle frame and pump with the locking device in position.

Refering to the drawings the bycycle can be of any make and desigL that requires the use of a pump.
The clip B is securely-fastened to the pump F by means of a small nut and bolt, a chain C is securely fastened to the clip B and of sufficient length to enable it to wrap round the bycycle frame E where it is locked by means of a padlock orcombinatior. lock D.

Claims (3)

  1. CLAIMS. 1 A bycycle pump lock comprising a clip to fasten to the pump itself secured by means of a small nut and bolt attached to which is a chain and locked with padlock and key.
  2. 2 A bycycle pump lock as claimed in claim 1 can also be locked by use of a combination lock.
  3. 3 A bycycle pump lock substantially as described with reference to figures 1 to 3 of the accompanying drawings.
