Abstract

220,694. Creasey, J., and Bunn, C. W. May 9, 1923. Levers and rods, locking. - Sliding windows particularly of vehicles are raised &c. by a pivoted lever 5 which is operated by cords connected thereto and drums rotated by a handle 27 fixed on the squared end of a spindle 18. The handle may be locked in any position as described in Specification 220,855, and shown in Fig. 8; a spring-pressed rod 37 being engaged with a fixed apertured boss 31 by rotation of the handle 35 which has a recessed cam-shaped end 41.
