Abstract

220,108. Palmer, H. C., and Upton, J. B. June 13, 1923. Post files; clamping- devices; covers; sheets and cards. - In a loose-leaf binder, in which sheets, catalogues &c. are provided with open L-shaped slots for slidable engagement on transverse pins g mounted within the back e of the binder, the sheets &c. are locked on the pins by means of a stop h slidable in the back of the binder. The stop h comprises a T- shaped metal blank provided with a flanged head h<1>, a finger-piece h<2> and a slot h<3> sliding on a stud i, to which it can be locked by means of a screwed nut k. The sheets may be filed through the intermediary of slotted hinge pieces b having a metallic strip reinforcement c, as described in Specification 220,267.
