219,621. Pistorius, E. April 2, 1924. Non-metallic elastic bodies and cores.-A cushion tyre comprises a closed rubber cover b reinforced at the rim by an extension c. Sets of beads e, h are formed on the inner side of the cover, the beads h serving as reinforcements. The beads e of each set hold between them rubber tubes f enlarged in the middle to form airchambers. Adjacent tubes f are connected by short rubber sleeves i, each of which forms a closed air-chamber.
