Abstract

The 'Wallray' suction Drain Opener has a casing 5 housing a plunger provided with a handle 7 and a piston 3. The latter comprises a casing-engaging edge that is provided with a gap. The drain opener also has a foot or suction pad 1 and a threaded insert 2 The drain opener has an approximate pressure of 100 lbs and a suction of 200 lbs. <IMAGE>

3. ,, - Airtight Plastic/Rubber Grommet.
4. ,, - 16mm. Alloy Tube.
5. ,, - 2mm. Plastic Casing.
6. ,, - Moulded Plastic Sealing Cap.

1. A suction device for use with drains comprising a plunger movable in an elongate housing, the piunger having sealing means engaging the housing, the sealing means comprising two spaced parts engaging the housing and an intermediate part spaced from the housing.
2. A suction device as claimed in claim 1, including a flexibie foot at one end of the housing.
3. A suction device for use with drains substantially as hereinbefore described with reference to the accompanying drawing.
