Abstract

Atmospheric gas burners; burners, attaching and mounting.-In a gas burner, as described in the parent Specification, the Venturi-member E is connected to the inner perforated tube B by an elbow-piece a, a flange e<1> on which is adapted to be engaged by a bracket F carrying a nipple g so that the Venturi-member and burner tubes B. C, can be placed in position in, or removed from, the oven without breaking any gas connections. The bracket F is provided with a groove f to receive the flange e<1> and with a hinge-pin f<1> on which is mounted a U-shaped member F<1> having a set-screw f<2> for securing the parts. The gas supply pipe is connected to a tubular extension f<3> on the lower part F<2> of the bracket and the air supply is regulated by a sleeve G, screwed on the nipple and held, in adjusted position, by a spring h. The outer tube C may be connected to the elbow-piece a by means of flanges a<1>, a<2> and bolts.
