Abstract
A cooking utensil including an inner container 2 and an outer container at least partially enclosing the inner container, the outer container including a plurality of inlet apertures 3 serving, in use, to permit heated gases emanating from a heat source to encircle the inner container and thereby decrease cooking time of the contents of the inner container and save heat energy. <IMAGE>
Description
SPECIFICATION
A cooker of closed streamline heat flow storage hood with flow guide holes
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:
U.S. Patent Nos. 1,787,172 and 2,431,193 and 3,982,479 have disclosed the heat flow storage outer hood disposable around the cookware and in a skirt-type structure: -The above said causes have been made on a trial basis, about 1296-1596 heating time and fuel can be saved, but the skirt-type bottom structure may constitute adverse block influences on the burning and convection, this case joined to the kettle bottom in a streamline form can make the block to the convection miminized to the lowest extent and thus achieve a further improvement;; -In the above said various cases, the outer layer heat flow storage hood and the inner layer form a suspended open state in the bottom, but this is in lack of a total uniformity and has very bad look, and also is subjected to denting during collision impacts, so in the design of this case, the annular flow storage hood is an integral enclosure closed type with only the guide holes or slots left on its bottom, and this invention is beautiful and sturdy.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention provides a cooker of the closed streamline heat flow storage hood with flow guide holes and, in more particular, the cooker that around the outer side of the kettle, a second layer having the closed type kettle wall with air guide inlets is provided, thus forming a shape of the a space dome so that when the heat flow generated by the store fire from the lower side flows up via the kettle side, the heat flow is stored in dome body via the air guide inlets without easily getting dispersed, thus enhancing the temperature around the kettle primeter and making all the sides around the kettle body bottom heated under the high temperature to accelerate the boiling in the kettle as its features.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRA WINGS:
Figure 1 is the view of the kettle cross section of the closed streamline heat flow storage hood having flow guide holes.
Figure 1-1 is the tri-dimensional view shown in Fig. 1.
Figure 1-2 is the applicatory view shown in
Fig. 1.
Figure 2 is the applicatory example of the design of this case applied to a tea pot.
Figure 3 is the applicatory example of the design of this design of this case applied to a frying pan.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION:
The conventional cooker bodies are simple in configuration and all their perimeter-is a single layer construction, while generally the cooker body of a cookware is heated from its bottom, therefore its main heated part is in its bottom, although the heating flame and heat flow will move up around the perimeter of the kettle body, since they always contact the atmospheric in an open way, the heat flow continuously rapidly dissipate toward the permeter, the heat that the kettle edge receives is naturally lower than the kettle bottom that directly contacts the fire source, and also the higher the kettle edge the less the heat will reach, thus the foodstuffs to be cooked must be cooked by heat transmitted from their bottom through the heat convection to gradually the upper level, so the time to cook the food to the well done level will be extended, thus wasting the energy and time, and also adversely affecting the cooking taste of food to be cooked to loss the good food taste, with reference to the U.S. Patents Nos. 1,787,172 and 2,431,193 and 3,982,479, the design provides a kettle body of the cooker having the heat flow storage hood, and its most important effectiveness and object lie in that it makes the perimeter of the heated kettle body store but not disipate the heat flow to maintain a high temperature, which in turn makes the kettle body and the perimeter of the kettle edge simultaneously heated by the high temperature as to accelerate the boiling of the foods in the kettle, hereby saving the fuel, however the applicant has made an experiment accordingly and found about 12%-15% heating time and fuel can be saved but it still has the following defects:: -the adverse blocking influences exist on the burning convection (as shown in the reference
Fig. 1); -the increased bulky volume is not nice looking.
The applicant has hereby designed the cooker structure having the closed annular flow storage hood with flow guide slots to improve the above-said defects, as shown in
Fig. 1 is the cross sectional view of the design of this case, and Fig. 1-1 is the tridimensional view and Fig. 1-2 is the applicatory view.
As shown the drawings, this structure features that the perimeter of the cooker has the closed annular flow storage hood (1), the outer side of which is integrally formed with the cooker (2), and its bottom and the bottom of the cooker (2) are a natural streamline extension, and its lower side is provided with at least one air guide hole (3) or flow guide slot (3) to lead the hot air in, its upper side or perimeter maybe in a closed form, when the cooker is heated, the air flow at a high temperature enters the heat storage hood (1) from the above said air guide hole (3) or flow guide slot (3), in addition to the positions if the air guide hole (3) or flow guide slot (3) in its bottom, its bottom is in a flat smooth stream line form to give the air a smooth flow, so the firewood or gas is used to help the air combust, to maximize the burning efficiency.
In Fig. 1, the illustrated closed annular flow storage and the cooker body can be integrally formed and then revited or welded or compressed together or joined together by two separate structures by reviting or welding or compression, in summing up, under the princi ple that "the structure of the annular flow storage hood with closed annular streamline form to the bottom of the cooker and the bottom of the annular flow storage hood having the air guide hole or flow guide slot to store the heat and flow as its functions", various conventional structural technics should be employed to achieve this case.
Fig. 2 is the applicatory example applied to a tea pot, in which its principle and actions are the same to those shown in Fig. 1.
Fig. 3 is the applicatory example applied to a frying pan, in which its principle and actions are also the same to those shown in Fig. 1.
as this can make the temperature in the frying pan become even and impose no hindrance to the burning-assisting air convection, this is specially important to the frying pan that often needs a stronger fire power, so the merit of this design in the invention is very evident in this aspect.
Summing all the above up, this case virtually has the progressiveness and practicability.
