Abstract

215,693. Iriarte, F. C. Jan. 21, 1924. Spectacles.-Spectacle frames 3 of aluminium or an alloy of aluminium are formed in the shape usually adopted for tortoise-shell frames and are encased in thin rubber 7. The sides 5 are similarly encased. The bridge 4, in addition to being encased in rubber 7 is recessed in both directions to receive a rubber pad 8 having projec fions 9 to increase resilience. The pad 8 restson the nose of the wearer.
