Abstract

a) Method for manufacturing an alveolar synthetic material part, such as polystyrene by injecting molding. b) Method characterised in that during a first step a preform (15) is made in a first mould with a material of a first type and, during a second step, said preform (15) is transferred into a manufacturing mould (19) that is filled (18) with a second material. Alternatively, both materials are the same, but with different densities. c) The invention relates to the manufacturing of alveolar parts particularly intended to the building industry, to the packaging of mechanical parts for the motor vehicle industry and to various industrial fields.
