Delivery apparatus.-A self-contained movable and adjustable cutting and folding attachment for printing-machines comprises a frame a slidable upon guidewavs a<1> by means of a rack and pinion a<2>, a<3>. At the end of the frame a adjacent the printing press a table b is pivoted at b<1> so that it may fold back from the press, and rests in operative position upon a rod c<4>. Tapes c which are mounted upon a fixed roller c<3> and an adjustable roller c<1> move over the table band receive printed sheets from the gripper-flyers d of the press, which are opened by a cam surface d<2>. Fingers e pivoted at b<1> hold back the sheets until they are lowered by a cam g through linkage g<1> - - g<4>. Curved guards f keep the flyers d from contact with sheets on the tapes c. The sheets are carried by the tapes c to double tapes i, j, which convey them past cutting-discs, shown as rotary knives k co-operating with grooved rollers k' to folding rollers j<1>, l between which they are folded by a reciprocating blade n operated by a cam n<2>. The cam g is adjustable in order to vary the time at which the fingers e are lowered to release the sheets and so to vary the position of the fold. The supporting rollers i<1> j<1> of the tapes i, j are so arranged as to separate the tapes before the sheets reach the folding rollers, and the blade n is gapped to pass over the upper tapes i. A stop q assists in positioning the sheets for folding. The cutting-knives may be put out of operation by removing their securing plate r. The various rollers are driven by gearing from the main shaft h.
