Abstract

209,623. Harris, A. C. Feb. 26, 1923. Mattresses.-An attachment for existing spring surface mattresses to prevent sagging comprises a number of helical springs C carried by a collapsable trellis-like support A, B. The support is strapped to the bed or mattress frame, the straps D passing continuously under the cross members B of the trellis and engaging adjustably with pins E. The springs terminate in axial points or spigots which are inserted into holes in the trellis. Specification 19745/10 is referred to.
