208,843. Turrall, H. W. July 12, 1923. No Patent granted (Sealing fee not paid). Necktie-retainers.-Relates to combined stud and necktie-retainers of the kind in which a wire loop attached to the back of the tie is engaged in a slot in the flat shank of a stud, and consists in attaching the free ends of the wire loop 5 to a base plate 7 provided with a number of sewing holes for attachment to the tie, and in making the slot 4, in which the bent portions 6 of the loop 5 engage, of crescent form.
