Springs, arrangement of. - In a perambulator or like article in which the body is carried by two parallel symmetrical longitudinal members connected at their ends, by parts which may serve as handles, the longitudinal members d are insulated from the wheel axle c by rubber or other resilient material a which surrounds the axle and is mounted in a sleeve or socket b provided with means which embrace the longitudinal members and thereby secure the axle thereto. In addition to or in place of the resilient material around the axle, resilient material may surround the longitudinal frame member and the material may be made up of several rings or comprise a hollow annular member.
