Abstract

Vertically extending panels (2) are hung on upper and lower rails (3, 10) fixed to a wall (1) by means of upper and lower connecting members (15, 17) which also space the panels (2) from the wall (1). A removable plinth (8), which generally makes up a vertical extension of the panels, is attached to the panels via the lower member (17) by, e.g., a bracket 24 attached to said lower member. <IMAGE>
