Abstract

Compounds having the general formula: <IMAGE> wherein R is an alkoxy group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, phenyl, or a straight or branched chain alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms which is unsubstituted or substituted with phenyl or phenoxy; R1 is a straight or branched chain alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms; and R2 is a straight or branched chain alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, are fast dyes which produce blue shades on polyester and cellulose acetate fibres.
