Background
The dyeing application of azo dyes to hydrophobic fibre materials has been long established, and the blending of dyes is increasing. However, with the expansion of the application range of the dyes, the existing dyes still have defects in application performances such as lifting power, color fastness and the like, so that a new azo dye is continuously developed to meet the new requirements of the market.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a blue azo dye composition and application thereof, wherein the azo dye composition can remarkably improve the color fastness to sunlight and the rubbing fastness, and particularly has excellent fastness to acid sweat and alkali sweat, so that the blue azo dye composition is very suitable for dyeing close-fitting sports fabrics; under the preferable proportioning range, the invention also has good migration property and good dyeing uniformity; the invention is suitable for medium-temperature printing and dyeing, is beneficial to production and energy conservation, and has good market application prospect.
The invention provides a blue azo dye composition, which comprises at least two compounds shown as a formula (I):

Further, the printing and dyeing auxiliary agent is also included.
The printing and dyeing auxiliary comprises one or two of a dispersing agent and a dust-proof agent.
The dispersant comprises one of the following or a mixture thereof: naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate, lignosulfonate, alkyl naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate. Examples of the organic solvent include a methyl naphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensate (dispersant MF), a naphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensate (dispersant NNO), a benzylnaphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensate (dispersant CNF), and sodium lignosulfonates (lignin 83A and 85A).
The disperse dye composition can be prepared by the following method comprising the following steps:
mixing at least two compounds of formula (I) in proportion, and granulating with a grinder such as a sand mill or a grinding machine in the presence of an auxiliary agent, water or other surfactants; or at least two compounds of formula (I) can be separately pulverized in the presence of adjuvant, water or other surfactant by a pulverizer such as a sand mill or a grinding mill, and then mixed in proportion.
The disperse dye composition of the invention can be liquid after being ground by a sand mill or a grinding machine, and can be powder or granular after being spray-dried.
The compounds of the present invention may be prepared synthetically by conventional methods of diazo coupling using commercially available products or by methods disclosed in reference to US 4497736.
