Abstract

A heat exchanger comprising a plurality of part-circular tubes 2 which form a substantially cylindrical configuration surrounding a burner region 24. The two ends of each tube 2 are connected to elongate inlet and outlet manifolds 4,6 respectively, which extend in directions parallel to the axis of the tubes 2 and which lie in side by side parallel relation in an upper part of the horizontally orientated cylindrical configuration defined by the tubes 2. The tubes each have a plurality of integral fins 21. <IMAGE>
