Abstract

A centrifugal fertiliser spreader comprises a frame (1) having coupling elements (2, 4) for attaching it to a three-point power lift of a tractor, a storage container, and a spreader device (14) drivable by the take-off shaft of the tractor. Coupling pins (8) of the lower coupling elements (4) are located at a lower level than the spreader device and, in the normal operating position of the spreader device, their vertical spacing from the upper coupling elements (2) is greater than the vertical spacing between connecting pins (9, 10) of the upper guide member (3) on the tractor and the lower guide arms (5) of the power lift. The coupling pins (8) of the lower coupling elements are located at a lower level than the lower end (12) remote from the tractor of the frame. <IMAGE>
