Abstract

Flexible hose comprising a textile tube the yarns or fibres (a,b) of which are coated with a material serving to bond them together at their points of contact (c) and/or wherein a gas-tight sheath is bonded to said textile tube is particularly resistant to mechanical strain, to high temperatures, to corrosive influences and to radiation. Thus lion for example the flexible hose may be employed in air-conditioning systems, cooling equipment and ventilation systems both above and below the ground. <IMAGE>
