197,349. Muntz, W. E. March 8, 1922. Clamps, eccentric. - Casement windows, doors, and gates are fastened by a cam-like clamp J carried by the door &c. and adapted to overlap the fixed frame E. The clamp may be fixed at the bottom edge of the door and used frictionally to engage the sill so as to secure the door at any degree of opening. The clamp may be actuated from the outside by means of a projecting spindle.
