Crushers with gyrating heads.-The hard mantle of a gyratory crusher head is secured against axial movement by having the upper edge formed as a series of inclines c, against which similar inclines c<1> on a washer e bear. The washer e is formed with internal and external spherical bearing-faces g, i and is provided with locking-lugs k to engage in recesses in the head; or the engaging parts may be inverted. A nut h securing the whole is provided with a locking-pin.
