Abstract

23,049. Suter, F. W., and Baxter & Caunter. Nov. 25. - Lamps forming line of light. - The contactcarrying block B of tubular incandescent electric lamps, such as are provided with a trough-shaped reflector A for illuminating cornices, shop windows, &c., is formed with a stem or base B' adapted to be passed through an opening in the reftector, as shown in Fig. 3 ; when in position, as shown in Fig. 2, the block is secured to the reflector by a casing or cover C, which is sprung over the rounded edges B<3> of the base B'. The base may be formed with a recess B<4> to accommodate the conductors.
