Lamps forming line of light.-In tubular electric incandescent lamps used for lighting show cases or shop windows, and for like purposes, which are mounted in trough-like reflectors b, the cover d enclosing the conductors is adapted to drop into the trough c at the base of the reflector, and the lamp-holder k is provided with flanges or beadings n to engage grooves o. The face of the cover d is provided with raised tongues e at intervals to engage the end faces f, Fig. 6, of an insulating-plug g carrying the usual spring contacts h. The ends f are made with sloping sides i, and recesses j are provided between them to receive the sides m of the lamp-holder k, Fig. 7, which locks the plug to the reflector.
