Seat adjustments. - An adjustable chair or stool comprises a grooved rod 1 rotatable in a sleeve 3 and adapted to be secured at the desired position by a washer &c. 5, controlled by a spring 6, which engages the grooves 2 and is adapted to be moved out of position by a push 7. Instead of the washer, a U-shaped member recessed at one portion may be employed.
