Disinfecting-chambers.-Surgical instruments &c. are sterilized in a receptacle a by a current of hot air produced by an electric fan and heater c, the temperature being regulated by adjusting the outlets by turning the cover d. The instruments are subsequently cooled by cold air from the fan. They are supported. upon gratings b, ,and can be carried in the receptacle, the fan being then replaced by a cover, and the support h being collapsed.
