Cultivators and hoes.-Expanding horse-hoes and cultivators of the type described in Specification 179/11 are provided with adjustable rear wheels, and with means for raising the frame relatively to the wheels, for locking the front wheel, and for adjustably connecting the rear ends of the tine-carrying bars to the rear axle. The pivoted tine-carrying bars b are adjusted by means of links c and a.sliding box clamp f, and are adjustably connected to a rear axle h by clamping - means j of any suitable wellknown construction. The axle h passes through an open frame g and is held in position by clamps i. Arms q carrying wheels q<1> are adjustably mounted in slide-ways on ,boxes o which are adjustably clamped on the axle h. The frame is raised on the wheels by rocking the axle h by means of a lever provided with a locking-quadrant r. The front wheel t may be prevented from swivelling by means of a locking-piece or clip v.
