Abstract

7582. Strassenbau Ges. Wayss. April 8, 1913, [Convention date]. Apparatus for granular or pulverulent materials and small goods.-The Specification as open to inspection under Section 91 (3) (a) describes, with reference to Fig. 1 (Cancelled), a portable plant for making tar macadam, comprising storage bins for the mineral aggregate, a tar-heater, and apparatus for mixing measured quantities of the aggregate and tar. Elevators 19, 20 respectively deliver sand into a compartment 23 and stone into compartments 24, 25, 26, filled successively by operating upon vanes 27. Hinged doors 28, 29 permit of discharging measured quantities of stone and sand into the mixer 35, which receives tar from a heater 40 by way of a tilting measure 49. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
