Abstract

Coherers for wireless reception comprise a mixture of silver and nickel particles wholly or iu part coated with the sulphides of the respective metals by heating them in an atmosphere of sulphur dioxide. When in use the particles may be enclosed in a glass tube and held between a fixed and an adjustable electrode.
