Hand-grip wrenches. -A pipe or like wrench consists of a handle member A of channel section with a forward extension a carrying the fixed jaw a', a movable jaw member B also of channel section carrying the jaw b at one end and provided at the other end with a crosspin E engaging segmental slots e in the handle member A, and an operating - lever D adjustably pivoted by a screw, pin, &c. d to the handle member A and connected to the middle of the jaw member B by the pivot pin C. A spring F normally maintains the jaws and handlevers in open position.
