Abstract

28,369. Huth Ges., E. F. Dec. 27, 1912, [Convention date]. Spark-gap apparatus. -The electrodes or electrode holders a, b of spark-gaps for producing electric oscillations by shock excitation are formed with annular recesses e open at the outer circumference and communicating by passages f with a central hole g, thus facilitating cooling by circulation of air. Annular spaces i between the electrodes are connected by passages h to the hole g. The annular sparking- surfaces d may be domed or elliptically arched. The Specification as open to inspection under Section 91 (3) (a) states also that the recesses e and spaces i may be connected by holes in the webs of the electrode holders. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
