Sanitary and hygienic devices. - A portable hygienic device for telephone mouth-pieces and ear-pieces comprises a muslin or like cover A containing in its hem an expansible ring C of wire, rubber, &c., and treated with disinfectant. The ends C<1>, C<2> of the ring are free, so that it can be sprung over the periphery of the mouthpiece or car-piece.
