13,564. Yeoman, C. June 12. Obstruction-removers of the kind comprising a foldable and extensible lazy-tongs. A single lazy-tongs c, pivoted at d to the vehicle frame, is operated by the driver through a transverse controlling-bar f. The inner ends of the tongs are connected by links e to the bar f, and the outer ends are similarly connected by links g to the forward transverse bar h carrying rollers i. The driver may operate the bar f from a hand-lever through a rocking shaft k, cranks l, and connecting-rods m, or from a switch supplying current to an electro-magnet n.
