Fastening wearing- apparel.-A fastening- attachment for braces consists of a flat metal hook a attached to the brace end and adapted to engage a metal loop d provided with elongated ends d<2> and sewn to the trousers &c. The hook is bent inwards at f<1> to prevent accidental disengagement, and the loop is also bent inwards, as shown in Fig. 2, to facilitate its engagement with and disengagement from the hook. The hook and loop may be made of strong wire, and bent inwards in a similar manner. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 8234/94, 20,677/96, 28,410/96, 14,131/01, 877/05, and 16,335/06.
