Combined with gramophones or kinematographs; tuneshects. - Means for obtaining synchronism in operation between two instuments such as automatic musical instruments, phonographs, kinematographs, &c. comprise two indicators to show the rate of movement of the machines and means for regulating the speed of one of them. In the example shown, the phonograph 9 is driven at a constant speed by the spring motor 11 and the tune-sheet 4 is driven by a motor 16 having a regulating-lever 7. A disk 14 is geared with the phonograph and carries marks 15 at regular intervals on its periphery. The sheet 4 has similar marks x and the lever 7 is adjusted until the marks 15, x move past the pointers 17, 18 at the same times.
