4150. Hayter, W. H. Feb. 18. Tyre attachments to rims.-A small wheel a serving as an obstruction-remover for vehicles is attached to the axle as shown in Fig. 1. The wheel is preferably made as shown in Fig. 2. A wooden or other core k is provided with side plates k<2>, which are turned in at their edges to receive the beading of the tyre l. The tyre l, being small, is moulded upon a frangible core.
