Gripping-devices.-A hand-grip exerciser has two gripping portions held apart by an elastic cord or spring which passes longitudinally through one of the gripping - portions. The gripping-portion a has a wire frame b to which the ends of an elastic cord d are secured, the cord passing through the centre of the other gripping-portion c. Various methods of attaching and mounting the elastic cord are described. The device may be adapted to chest-expanders &c.
