Extrusion machines, -In screw extrusion machines of the kind provided with an internally threaded casing or liner to prevent clogging, the grooves d between the threads d<1> are formed eccentrically with respect to the liner D or casing. Fig. 3 shows a cylindrical liner having grooves d deeper at the top, and Fig. 5 shows a modification in which the rear part of the liner is cut away at D<1> further to reduce clogging.
